Latest Weight Loss

Jen is down to 210... not losing much very quickly any more... Any ideas for getting quick meals? I have a new job where I am gone 12 hours a day with driving time, and just don't have the energy to cook after a long day. Quick and easy cleanup ideas would be great, too!

I checked my weight Saturday (my typical weigh-in day) and have lost 7 pounds!!!! :-D

BIggest Loser

Jayson and I are on here to join Biggest Loser's million pound challenge. We are husband and wife. My ultimate goal is to weigh 130 pounds again. During the challenge I would like to lose 30 pounds, which would bring me to 190. Jayson's ultimate goal is to weigh 215 pounds. He would also like to lose 30 pounds during the challenge, which would bring him to 245 pounds. Our combined weight loss goal is 60 pounds.
We plan to do this by following a gluten-free lifestyle, as well as drinking plenty of water and getting exercise from walking our dogs.
We are doing this to become healthier and look better. We should win because we are working hard and learning a lot from our goals.
